A nationwide survey from Age Wave and The John A. Hartford Foundation, conducted by The Harris Poll, shows deep dissatisfaction among older adults with the U.S. health care system and highlights a critical need for age-friendly care.
The report, Meeting the Growing Demand for Age-Friendly Care: Health Care at the Crossroads, combines results from the survey with focus group findings, a review of secondary research and recommendations for improvements to the U.S. health care system.
