Aging and Disability Business Institute Webinar: Embracing the Shift - The Impact of Health Care Contracting on Community-Based Organizations
USAging's Aging and Disability Business Institute (Business Institute) is holding a webinar March 4 on, "Embracing the Shift: The Impact of Health Care Contracting on Community-Based Organizations."
Webinar speakers will share the findings of a new Business Institute survey report about contracting experiences and the ways that contracting affects organizational operations, staffing and culture. The report is based on interviews with 13 individuals representing 10 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), who also shared lessons learned and advice for contracting.
Webinar participants will also hear from Lisa Sheppard, CEO of Missoula Aging Services in Montana, on her AAA’s perspectives on the impact of health care contracting.
