The American Hospital Association (AHA) is hosting a webinar on June 25 on advancing age-friendly care across hospitals, health systems and communities.

Leaders from Maimonides Medical Center and Rush University Medical Center will share real-world experiences implementing the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility) and engaging their communities.

The speakers will highlight practical insights for health care providers, community-based organizations and leaders seeking to strengthen efforts to improve care for older adults.
