American Hospital Association Webinar: Healthy Aging on Chicago's South Side - The SHARE Network and Its Impact
The American Hospital Association (AHA) is holding a webinar June 12 on "Healthy Aging on Chicago's South Side: The SHARE Network and Its Impact."
The webinar will explore how the SHARE Network — a partnership between UChicago Medicine, health care providers and community organizations — fosters age-friendly communities on Chicago's South Side by connecting older adults to vital resources for healthy and independent living.
Speakers will also provide an overview of the upcoming seven-month virtual Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community, a program for advancing evidence-based care for older adults, with information on how to join the next AHA-led Action Community kicking off in September 2025.
