American Society of Consultant Pharmacists Home Study and Recognition Program: Age-Friendly Approach to the 4Ms - What Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility Home Study Package

ASCP Home Study 2

The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) is offering the second of their home study series of trainings, "Age-Friendly Approach to the 4Ms: What Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility Home Study Package."

The home study trainings are a part of the ASCP Age-Friendly Pharmacist Badge Program for long-term care pharmacies and pharmacists. The second step of the training series will focus on each of the 4Ms of Age-Friendly Care for older adults and how long-term senior care pharmacists can follow this approach.

Upon completion of the training series, there is the opportunity for pharmacists to be recognized as achieving age-friendly national recognition through a pharmacy-based credential or badge. These trainings are free of charge and participants can receive BCGP/CPE credits.
