The Public Health Center of Excellence on Dementia Caregiving (PHCOE-DC) is launching a new toolkit during a webinar April 2 (rescheduled date) on, "A Public Health Guide to Partnering with Faith-Based Organizations."

The toolkit is designed to help public health agencies work with faith-based organizations (FBOs) to support dementia family caregivers. Speakers will explore the toolkit, share examples of successful partnerships between public health agencies and FBOs, and offer practical tips and tools.
