Health Affairs Forum on Rural Health
Health Affairs hosted a half-day Forum on December 4 on Rural Health.
The Forum speakers featured authors from the December 2019 issue of Health Affairs that explores various dimensions of health and health care in rural America.
Authors examined the health needs of people living in rural areas, investigated inequities in the availability, accessibility and financing of care, and identified policies, financing mechanisms, and practices that can improve the health and well-being of rural Americans. The event included presentations and panel discussions.
