Hospitalat Home Graphic

The Hospital at Home (HaH) Users Group is holding a webinar May 24, "Are We Ready? Preparing Your Clinical Team For Delivering Hospital At Home Care."

The webinar is for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing acute care in the home. For those with a traditional clinical background, it can be dizzying to provide care in the home environment compared to on a hospital floor or in a clinic. Even those with a home care experience must learn the ins and outs of delivering acute care safely.

Webinar presenters, from a wide range of backgrounds, will discuss the unique education and preparation needed to help your staff deliver a successful hospital at home program. Speakers include:

  • David M. Levine, MD, MPH, MA of Brigham Health (moderator)
  • Xiomara M. Dorrejo, MS, AGPCNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner, Hospitalization at Home at Mount Sinai
  • Patrick Kneeland, MD, Vice President for Medical Affairs, DispatchHealth
  • Doug Clarke, MD, MBA, President, TetherMed at Medically Home
