Hospital at Home Users Group: Annual Meeting 2025 and AAHCM Annual Meeting
The Hospital at Home (HaH) Users Group will hold its virtual 2025 Annual Meeting, "Leveling Up: Investing in Hospital at Home and the Future of Healthcare," on October 16. As in years past, the HaH Users Group Annual Meeting will be a virtual pre-conference for the in-person American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM) Annual Meeting.
The 2025 AAHCM Annual Conference, will be held in New Orleans, LA, October 16-18, with pre-conference sessions, October 16. More than 500 interdisciplinary leaders in Home-Based Medical Care, are expected to attend.
The 2025 HaH Users Group Annual Meeting brings HaH leaders and practitioners together to build better programs and a broader movement. This year continues this tradition at an uncertain moment as the future of the Acute Hospital Care at Home waiver is still unclear, and includes tracks addressing critical operational and policy issues, presentations of the latest in research and practice innovations, special sessions on rural health and caregiving and more.
