The Hospital at Home (HaH) Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM), is holding a webinar June 26, "Adapting Hospital at Home to Alternate Settings."
The webinar will focus on what "home" means in the context of HaH programs, highlighting how care is being extended to patients in community-based settings such as transitional housing/shelter environments, assisted living facilities, and group homes.
