Recorded in October 2025, the webinar examines how health systems developed ambulatory and early-discharge Hospital at Home (HaH) models in response to uncertainty surrounding the Acute Hospital Care at Home (ACHaH) waiver. Speakers discuss approaches to expanding home-based acute care, serving additional patient populations, and the operational and regulatory considerations of these models.
