The Hospital at Home (HaH) Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM), is hosting a webinar April 22 on, "At Home, In Motion, Innovations in Hospital at Home Physical and Occupational Therapy."
Physical and occupational therapies are essential components of acute care, ensuring patients’ safe and smooth transition to daily activities after a care episode. As with other specialists on Hospital at Home teams, therapists are finding that the home setting offers opportunities to innovate and improve patient care.
In this webinar, panelists will discuss how physical and occupational therapists in HaH are reducing falls, evaluating patients, customizing care, and pursuing new approaches.
