The Hospital at Home (HaH) Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM), held a webinar on January 23, "Putting the Puzzle Pieces Together - Best Practices in Hospital at Home Logistics."

As a distributed care model, Hospital at Home programs face unique challenges in organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, service and materials. Optimized program logistics are crucial to providing safe, timely, and high-quality patient care.

This webinar featured leaders from three Hospital at Home programs (Baylor Scott & White Health, Tampa General Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente). They presented their approaches to, and best practices for, logistics related to transportation, diagnostics, and rapid response events. The speakers included:
