The Long-Term Quality Alliance (LTQA) is hosting a webinar on July 26, "A Fresh Look at Caregiving: Direct Care Workforce Solutions."
The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the crisis in the supply of direct care workers. There is a need to think differently about the compensation, skills development, mobility and value placed on this workforce which provides critical services to a diverse and complex population.
