National PACE Association Webinar: Rural Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Grants Information Session

Rural Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly PACE Grant Opportunities

The National PACE Association (NPA), the National Rural Health Association (NRHA), the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and USAging are co-hosting a webinar on March 21, "Rural PACE Grant Opportunities."

The Health Resources & Services Administration has announced the availability of up to $2 million in fiscal year 2025 federal grant funding to support the expansion of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model into rural communities. This webinar will provide an overview of the funding opportunity and feature presentations from successful rural PACE organizations that have effectively implemented the model in their communities.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the application process, hear from peers and ask questions. Interested organizations are encouraged to join this informative session.

Prior to the webinar, to expedite the application submission process, NPA recommends that prospective applicants complete certain preapplication requirements. This includes registering with SAM.gov to obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (a process that can take several weeks); and registering with Grants.gov (and Login.gov), which can take several days.
