NDCC Resource: Preparing for Compliance with CMS GUIDE Model Residential Care Community Policy
The National Dementia Care Collaborative (NDCC) has released a resource kit to help organizations participating in CMS's Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model prepare for new residential care community requirements.
The kit includes an overview of the updated participation agreement, implementation tools, sample beneficiary communications and resources to help organizations establish partnership agreements with residential care communities.
