The National Dementia Care Collaborative (NDCC) held session four of its webinar series on April 17, "Getting to Yes for Launch: GUIDE Participants Overcoming Challenges to Implement Comprehensive Dementia Care."
During the event, Benjamin Rose Institute – an Established GUIDE Site - and Best Programs for Caregiving shared practical tools for caregiver navigation and support. Participants gained an understanding of best practices for identifying resources to support caregivers of people living with Dementia.
