The National Dementia Care Collaborative (NDCC) is holding session nine of its webinar series on September 25, "Getting to Yes for Launch: Provider Engagement and Marketing Strategies for Patient Recruitment."
This webinar is part of a series focused on discussions to assist new and established sites implementing the Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model. Previous webinars are recorded, and the slides are available.
Experts from the University of Washington and University of Pennsylvania, will share proven strategies to recruit patients into GUIDE programs—highlighting how to collaborate effectively with primary care providers for identification, which can be the start of good coordination of care over time.
