NJAAW Webinar Recording: Expanding Age Friendly Health Systems in New Jersey
The New Jersey Advocates for Aging Well (NJAAW) hosted a virtual discussion on September 27, "Expanding Age Friendly Health Systems in NJ."
The discussion revolved around the 4Ms framework of Age-Friendly Health Systems (AFHS), why adopting the 4Ms is essential for high-quality care for older adults and how it optimizes the value for everyone involved in the health care process - including patients, their families, caregivers, health care providers and the system as a whole in New Jersey.
