PHCOE-DC and UsAgainstAlzheimer’s A-LIST Survey: What Matters Most - Attitudes toward Dementia

What Matters Most Attitudes toward Dementia Survey April 29 May 15 2022

UsAgainstAlzheimer’s A-LIST and the BOLD Public Health Center of Excellence on Dementia Caregiving (PHCOE-DC) are administering a short survey to increase the understanding about dementia and help public health officials across the country to develop programs that best support those managing this disease.

This 3-5-minute survey is meant for people living with dementia, caregivers for a person with dementia, and anyone interested in brain health. The survey asks about general feelings and attitudes about dementia.

UsAgainstAlzheimer’s A-LIST is an online community of 10,000+ people with Alzheimer’s disease/dementia or mild cognitive impairment, family caregivers, and people concerned about brain health, who share their experiences of living with dementia or caring for a loved one.

The survey is open until May 15.
