NQF Request for Input on Person-Centered Planning and Practice Project Interim Report

NQF PCC web

The National Quality Forum (NQF) is seeking input on an interim draft report, "Person Centered Planning and Practice," as part of long-term services and supports systems.

The Administration for Community Living (ACL) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requested NQF convene a committee of experts with lived and professional experience in long-term services and supports (LTSS), and with the acute/primary/chronic care systems. The aim is to provide ACL, CMS, federal and state entities, and the general public with a consensus-based, multistakeholder view of multiple areas of person-centered planning.

Comments can be submitted until December 2.
