The 16th GED Healthcare Systems Roundtable Webinar: CMS Measure - One Year In
The Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative (GEDC) is holding the 16th GED Healthcare Systems Roundtable webinar on November 11. The topic is "CMS Measure: One Year In."
The invite-only roundtable will review how health care systems have operationalized the CMS Age-Friendly Hospital Measure over the past year. Participants will explore real-world implementation strategies, successes, challenges and adaptations that emerged during this first year of practice.
Roundtable goals:
- Evaluate health care systems compliance and outcomes from implementing the CMS measure.
- Share evidence-based strategies that facilitated successful adoption across settings.
- Identify and troubleshoot key barriers encountered in implementation.
The expert panel will include Jane Carmody, a senior program officer at The John A. Hartford Foundation.
