C-TAC Webinar Recording: Changing Public Perceptions of Serious Illness Care
The Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) - in partnership with Respecting Choices, a program of WiserCare, Vital Talk, National POLST, Ariadne Labs Serious Illness Care Program and The Conversation Project - hosted two interactive webinars (the second is a repeat) on March 12 and on March 19 on "Changing Public Perceptions of Serious Illness Care."
Webinar speakers talked about how key organizations are using evidence-based principles to improve how they talk about their work. Presenters discussed messaging principles and messaging to the public which was followed with interactive breakout sessions to refine messaging skills and get real-time feedback.
