Call for Submissions: Special Issue on Age-Friendly Ecosystems - Voices from Around the World
Geriatrics journal has a call for submissions for their upcoming Special Issue, "Age-Friendly Ecosystems: Voices from Around the World."
The term age-friendly has become commonplace over the past decade but it means many things to different people. Different lexicons and approaches restrict the ability for any of us to have a positive international discussion that can move us ahead collectively.
The purpose of the Special Issue is to invite voices from around the world to discuss the meaning of age-friendly in the context of their work including age-friendly cities, health systems, communities, public health systems, universities and dementia friendly settings.
JAHF's President Terry Fulmer, PhD, RN, FAAN, will be the guest editor. Comprehensive reviews and original articles are welcomed. The deadline to submit is February 12, 2023.
