NBC Universal and Telemundo Segment: Live Your Best Life With Age-Friendly Care
The John A. Hartford Foundation partnered with NBC Universal and Telemundo to bring information about age-friendly care directly to consumers in a televised segment aired on August 20, "Live Your Best Life With Age-Friendly Care."
