AAHCM 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting: A World of Opportunities - Leveraging the Power of Home Care Medicine

The American Academy of Home-care Medicine (AAHCM) is holding a virtual annual meeting October 23-24, "A World of Opportunities: Leveraging the Power of Home Care Medicine," along with a day preconference presented by the Home-Centered Care Institute (HCCI) on October 22.

The virtual conference covers a wide range of topics including the impact of home care medicine during the pandemic, ageism and culture change, support for caregivers, social isolation, rehabilitation at home, opportunities to transform revenue models, change management, and much more.

The preconference, "Daily Dilemmas in Home-Based Primary Care," will explore and address daily dilemmas faced when caring for complex patients in the home as well as challenges related to home-based primary care practice operations, productivity, and reimbursement.
