JAGS: Three Papers on Patient Priorities Care

The Journal of the American Geriatrics Society (JAGS), a journal published by the American Geriatrics Society (AGS), has published two articles and an editorial in their October issue on Patient Priorities Care.

Patient Priorities Care is a model that aligns care among all clinicians with what matters most to their patients. It is particularly suited for older adults who must manage multiple conditions and navigate multiple clinicians.
