NASEM Workshop Proceedings Integrating Health Care & Social Services for People with Serious Illness
The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine's (NASEM) Roundtable on Quality Care for People with Serious Illness has released a proceedings report from the July 19, 2018 workshop, "Integrating Health Care and Social Services for People with Serious Illness."
The report is a factual summation of the Roundtable session discussions exploring the challenges and opportunities related to integrating health care and social services for people with serious illness.
