Grant Summary

This final renewal grant continues the work of the National Program Office for the Centers of Excellence in Geriatric Medicine and Training program, housed at the American Federation for Aging Research (AFAR). As the National Program Office, AFAR will continue to manage the CoE program, disburse CoE awards, and monitor the progress of the centers. This final grant also allows the centers and the individual scholars completing their training to transition from Foundation support and to identify other funding sources.
