IHI Forum 2026
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement's 2026 IHI Forum will be held in Phoenix, Arizona, from December 6-9.
The agenda contains several opportunities for health care professionals to engage with the Age-Friendly Health Systems (AFHS) initiative, including:
- A full-day workshop co-led by IHI and the University of California, San Francisco on "Advancing Age-Friendly Health Systems Implementation, Research, and Policy" (Dec. 7)
- A full-day review course for the Certified Professional in Age-Friendly Health Care credential (Dec. 7)
- A session on "Cracking the Code: Advancing Age-Friendly 4Ms Measurement and Scale in Health Systems" (Dec. 8)
