Eldercare Workforce Alliance
Grant Summary
A two-year renewal grant to the Eldercare Workforce Alliance (EWA), a coalition of 31 national organizations representing an array of stakeholders from consumers and family caregivers to health care professionals, will support the alliance’s goal to develop policy solutions that ensure an adequate and competent age-friendly workforce. During the course of the grant, EWA will engage in education and outreach activities that protect and advance federal and state policies to strengthen the workforce caring for an aging America, including the building of state coalitions starting with North Carolina and Maryland.
