A PBS NewsHour Panel On How To Care For Aging Americans

Sponsored by the SCAN Foundation, PBS NewsHour recently aired a panel on how to improve services and supports for an aging America. The panel included a diverse group of long-term care experts, including Jennie Chin Hansen, American Geriatrics Society, and Laura Gitlin, Johns Hopkins University, to discuss some succesful international models for delivering supports and services to the frail elderly in a way that allows them to preserve their dignity and independence.
