The Aging and Disability Business Institute has released a value proposition guide and worksheet for community-based organizations (CBOs).
How can aging and disability community-based organizations (CBOs) demonstrate the value of their services to a Medicare Advantage plan? The Aging and Disability Business Institute (ADBI) in partnership with the National Council on Aging, has released two new resources, "How to Guide and Worksheet: Developing Your Value Proposition for Medicare Advantage Plans," which help answer that question. The new Value Proposition How to Guide will help guide your organization through the process of developing a compelling value proposition while the accompanying Value Proposition Worksheet (for download here) will help CBOs identify key elements that should be considered when developing a value proposition.
