Hartford Foundation senior program officer, Amy Berman, is among those featured in a new publication produced by the Center for Effective Philanthropy (CEP), “How to Work Well With Grantees: A Guide for Program Staff.” The report findings are based on interviews with foundation program staff most highly scored by their grantees based upon CEP survey data. The Guide is offered as a training resource for new foundation staff and for the further development of those already in the field.
