IHI Launches Health Systems Caregiver Survey
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) has launched a survey for health care organizations about identifying and assessing the needs of caregivers.
As part of ongoing Age-Friendly Health Systems work, IHI and RUSH Caring for Caregivers are exploring opportunities to strengthen how health care organizations identify and understand the needs of older adults' family caregivers or care partners.
All health care delivery sites are welcome to respond and there is not a limit of the number of respondents per site. The survey should take less than five minutes to complete.
