Invitation to Join: American Hospital Association's Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community
The American Hospital Association (AHA) is inviting health systems to join its next Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community starting in September 2020.
The disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on older people populations calls attention to the need for age-friendly care based on the 4Ms Framework — What Matters, Medications, Mentation and Mobility. Hospitals and health systems can join the AHA Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community this September, for free, and learn how to implement the 4Ms Framework.
AHA is running a series of informational webinars:
The Age-Friendly Health Systems is an initiative of The John A. Hartford Foundation and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, in partnership with the American Hospital Association and the Catholic Health Association of the United States.
