Grant Opportunities

  • The National Institute for Health Care Management (NIHCM) Foundation Policy Research Grant program:
    • 2026-2027 funding cycle of NIHCM Foundation's investigator-initiated Policy Research Grant program is inviting letters of inquiry for projects that examine the key drivers and implications of rising health care spending, with a focus on costs, affordability, quality, and access. The program is particularly seeking solutions-oriented health care research that evaluates or informs public and private sector strategies and policies, including at the state and federal levels (LOIs due June 8).
  • Administration for Community Living prize challenge:
    • The Caregiver Artificial Intelligence (AI) Prize Challenge seeks practical and effective ways to use AI to reimagine how technology can improve care quality, reduce burden and strengthen the caregiving infrastructure for the future. The competition will recognize and reward innovators who are developing, testing and scaling AI-enabled tools across two tracks: for family caregivers and for extending the direct care workforce.   • Grantmakers In Aging Ready Communities Request for Proposals:
    • The READY Communities Funding Collaborative, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, coordinated by Grantmakers In Aging and supported by Pennsylvania philanthropic organizations, is inviting applications for projects that help communities become more accessible, inclusive and vibrant places for older adults, people with dementia and residents of all ages. Projects may be small-scale neighborhood efforts or larger regional initiatives and must align with at least one priority area of Aging Our Way, PA, the Commonwealth’s 10-year Multisector Plan on Aging. Applications are due June 12.

  • The Journal of Advanced Home Medicine (JAHM): New open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing research and commentary on the delivery of acute and advanced medical care at home. Submissions for the journal are open.
