NADRC webinar Community Based Early Dementia Screening Leads to Support for Caregivers and People Living with Dementia March 22

The National Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center (NADRC) will host a webinar, "Community-Based Early Dementia Screening Leads to Support for Caregivers and People Living with Dementia," on March 22.

Community-based early dementia screenings can lead to referrals for a comprehensive medical assessment to assist in diagnosing dementia. Recognizing the importance of screenings in dementia care coordination, Administration on Aging/ Administration for Community Living (AoA/ACL) recently funded two initiatives through the Chinese American Service League and the OMID Institute to conduct community-based dementia screenings. This webinar will discuss how the implementation processes, findings, and successes of these two initiatives.
