National Medicare Advocates Alliance Call Recording: Medicare & COVID-19 Updates
The Center for Medicare Advocacy (CMA) held a National Medicare Advocates Alliance webinar call, May 11 on, "Medicare & COVID-19 Updates & Other Issues."
CMA's National Medicare Advocates Alliance provides Medicare advocates with a collaborative network to share resources, best practices, and developments of import to Medicare beneficiaries throughout the country. Alliance calls provide public interest advocates with the opportunity to pose questions, discuss complex and ongoing advocacy concerns.
This call covered updates on Medicare and COVID-19, including resources for advocates, information on skilled nursing facilities, access to coverage and care, systemic considerations and litigation update. Speakers included David Lipschutz, Toby Edelman, Judy Stein and Ali Bers.
