Grant Opportunities
- The Hillman Foundation, in partnership with the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations, 2026 Hillman Emergent Innovation: Serious Illness and End of Life (HSEI) request for proposals:
- The Hillman Serious Illness and End of Life Emergent Innovation award will fund $50,000, 18-24 month grants to accelerate the development of bold, nursing-driven interventions that improve the health and healthcare of marginalized populations (LOIs due February 20)
- National Community Care Corps request for proposals:
- Organizations are encouraged to apply for 18-month grants to develop and scale innovative nonmedical assistance volunteer programs to support family caregivers, older adults, and adults with disabilities (deadline February 26)
- The AARP Community Challenge grants:
- Nonprofit organizations and governments across the country are encouraged to apply for grants for quick-action projects as part of AARP's Livable Communities initiative. This year, applications are being accepted across three distinct opportunities (flagship grants, capacity-building microgrants and demonstration grants). All projects must meet eligibility criteria and be consistent with AARP’s mission to serve the needs of people 50 and older. Call for Papers
- The Journal of Advanced Home Medicine (JAHM): New open-access, peer-review journal dedicated to advancing research and commentary on the delivery of acute and advanced medical care at home. Submissions for the journal are open

- National Dementia Care Collaborative (NDCC) Short survey request for input to GUIDE participants to help NDCC shape future educational offerings, training opportunities and resources to better support GUIDE participants and GUIDE partner organizations (deadline January 30)
