Webinar: Back to the Future - Three Views of Hospital at Home Programs
The New York Medical College (NYMC) School of Health Sciences and Practice and Institute of Public Health is holding a Center for Long-Term Care webinar on October 19, "Back to the Future: Three Views of Hospital at Home Programs."
This virtual webinar will focus on Hospital at Home (HaH), shedding light on the program itself and its various functions and applications related to long-term care. Thanks to HaH, some patients who require acute care can now receive it at home rather than in a hospital.
A panel of three experts will discuss the HaH program:
- Rani Snyder, MPA, Vice President, Program at The John A. Hartford Foundation
- Imran Ali, MD, MS, MPH, Physician Fellow in Palliative Care/Geriatric Supportive Oncology training at NYC VA System/Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai
- Carol Levine, MA, Senior Fellow of the United Hospital Fund
