Patient Priorities Care Fall 2026 Telementoring Workshop Series

Patient Priorities Care has announced its fall 2026 virtual training workshop series for credentialed health care professionals.

This live workshop series gives health care professionals the space to practice Patient Priorities Care, an evidence-based and age-friendly clinical practice associated with improved outcomes, through discussion and case-based coaching. The cohort will meet for one-hour sessions on the following seven dates:

  • September 29
  • October 6, 13, 20, 27
  • November 3, 10

New for fall 2026, this series will include a “Tough Case Conference” on November 17 featuring a full, case-based huddle using learner-submitted cases.

Participants can earn six continuing education credits (for free) for live attendance of the full series, plus an “Expert in Patient Priorities Care” certificate.
