Aging and Disability Business Institute: Health Care Outreach Toolkit

ADBI toolkit

The Aging and Disability Business Institute has released the "Health Care Outreach Toolkit," a new resource that provides Area Agencies on Aging and other aging and disability community-based organizations with general guidance on conducting outreach to potential health care partners.

The publication from the Aging and Disability Business Institute at the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) was developed with Partners In Care Foundation. The toolkit considers the importance of messaging to a potential CBO–health care partnership or contract. It is then broken into sections, where CBOs can find customizable messages and potential outreach targets by type of health care partner (e.g., Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, hospital, accountable care organization, etc.). The toolkit aims to help aging and disability community-based organizations identify and develop messages to potential contracting partners.
