The Conversation Project: Community Call - Planning for National Healthcare Decisions Day 2023
The Conversation Project will host a community call on February 15 to plan for National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD).
NHDD is an annual series of events held around the country on April 16, aimed to empower patients, caregivers, and providers to engage in shared healthcare decision-making and advance care planning. The February 15 community call is a space for healthcare organizations around the United States to share NHDD programming plans and engage with each other. Nathan KottKamp, founder and chair of NHDD, and other community organizers will share opportunities and resources available for NHDD.
