WEBINAR: AFAR, Alzheimer's: Hope for the Future

The American Federation for Aging Research (AFAR) will be hosting a Webinar on June 17, 2013 on new developments in research, diagnosis, and treatment for Alzheimer's disease. In today’s world of fast cures and pharmaceutical fixes, Alzheimer’s remains among the most devastating – and feared – diagnoses. In a recent survey, Alzheimer’s was the second most feared disease among American adults, behind only cancer. But many experts believe that in knowledge, there is hope. This Webinar will provide an overview of the most promising therapies, and current care options.
