Respecting Choices National Share the Experience
For years, Respecting Choices (RC) teams around the United States have been holding community and organizational Share the Experience events to celebrate their success and to spread the RC program. It has come time to provide a national forum for RC teams to come together to celebrate and share their experiences, and to learn from and help each other improve advance care planning practices.

It has come time to provide a national forum for RC teams to come together to celebrate and share their experiences, and to learn from and help each other improve advance care planning practices.
On September 7-10, 2016 Respecting Choices will host its first National Share the Experience in Milwaukee, WI. Anyone who is interested in learning how quality advance care planning can help improve the care of patients and those they call family are welcome to attend.
