Health Affairs GrantWatch has published an article, "Staff Changes In Health Philanthropy," that features Scott Bane, JD, MPA, Program Officer at The John A. Hartford Foundation, in the blog's personnel news section.

"Scott Bane joined the staff of The John A. Hartford Foundation as a program officer in autumn 2018. A May 2018 graduate of CUNY School of Law, Bane worked for the Medicare Rights Center during law school and held an internship with a New York State Supreme Court judge. Before going to law school, he had more than a decade of work in philanthropy including at the Mertz Gilmore Foundation, and later at the JEHT Foundation (since closed), where he managed its Palliative Care program. While at the JEHT Foundation, he completed Baruch College’s Executive Master of Public Administration program," notes the article.
