AAHCM Annual Meeting and Hospital at Home Users Group Annual Meeting 2024
The American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM), in partnership with the Hospital at Home Users Group (HaH), is hosting their AAHCM 2024 Annual Meeting from October 17-19. The HaH Users Group Annual Meeting will be a virtual pre-conference prior to the in-person AAHCM meeting in Phoenix, AZ.
The AAHCM Annual Meeting will take place in two parts:
- The 2024 Hospital at Home Users Group Annual Meeting Down to the (Waiver) Wire: What's Next for Hospital at Home?, October 17, virtual pre-conference session. The program will feature keynotes from healthcare thought leaders, an up-to-the-minute policy update, presentations of the latest in research and practice innovations, two tracks designed for new and experienced HaH programs, and more. - The AAHCM Annual Meeting, October 18-19, in-person conference in Phoenix, AZ. The program will feature six tracks, including Clinical Practice, Education, Hospital at Home, Practice Management, Public Policy, and Value-Based Care (VBC) & Accountable Care Organizations (ACO). See the event agenda.
