ADvancing States: Announcement of States Selected for Round 3 Technical Assistance Awardees
ADvancing States has announced the states selected for a third round to receive intensive technical assistance for a select number of their American Rescue Plan Act Home and Community Based Services (ARPA HCBS) initiatives.
The states selected are:
- Alabama
- Colorado
- Delaware
- Michigan
- Wisconsin
The technical assistance (TA) gives states an opportunity to use the expertise of the TA Collective in specific areas, gaining insights on how to execute their ARPA HCBS initiative. This project builds on prior rounds of TA which began in October 2021 and ended in June 2022. The ARPA HCBS TA Collective – with support from a range of funders – was able to support over 30 states with one or more aspects of their ARPA HCBS TA initiatives. Each state will receive targeted implementation support for a select number of initiatives throughout 2023, starting in January.
This program was made possible by the support from The John A. Hartford Foundation, the Care for all with Respect and Equity (CARE) Fund, Milbank Memorial Fund and The SCAN Foundation.
