AFHS Research Network Clinical Partner Site Directory
The Age-Friendly Health Systems (AFHS) Research Network, launched by a team at the University of California, San Francisco, has created a Clinical Partner Site Directory featuring organizations that are implementing the 4Ms (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility) and are interested in research partnerships.
Researchers can use the directory to identify potential partners for multisite evaluations, intervention testing, interviews and surveys. It includes information about each site's clinical setting, stage of 4Ms implementation and research interests.
Clinical sites across care settings and geographic regions are encouraged to join, whether they are just beginning to implement the 4Ms or have years of experience. Participating sites may be considered for research studies and collaborations, helping build the evidence base for age-friendly care.
